    We manage single-family homes, condominiums, duplexes, apartments, and

    studios. We also manage commercial properties from retail space, storage units,

    and warehouses!

  • What services do you offer?

    We offer long-term property management and home management services. We do not offer short-term property management, but we have many short-term rental companies we can refer you to that we would trust with our homes.

  • What do you do to manage my property?

    We provide a plethora of services to manage your home. On the long-term property management side, we provide rent collection, tenant placement and screening, vendor coordination, and billing, we do it all!     On the home management side, we offer an even wider variety of services tailored to your needs! This includes weekly walkthroughs, personal assistance, concierge, and other services like housekeeping and pet services.   • How is rent collected and disbursed to property owners?

    Rent is due and collected on the first of the month and rent is disbursed to the

    owner by the 15th of the month along with a detailed owners statement outlining

    all expenses and disbursements.

  • Can I view my financial reports/owner statements online?

    Absolutely! By utilizing the Owner Portal on Appfolio, you can view owner statements 24/7. Not only do you get to view owners' statements, but the portal also provides enhanced communication and insights into your property.

  • How do I get started with your property management services?

    Starting with our property management company is simple and stress-free. We

    encourage an initial phone or in-person conversation with us, providing an opportunity for us to understand your unique property requirements and goals.

    This discussion allows us to tailor our services precisely to your needs, ensuring

    a seamless and personalized experience as we embark on managing your

    investment together!

  • Will my property do better as a long term rental than a short term rental?

    Many properties in Big Sky perform much better as long term rentals than short

    term rentals. There’s added benefits as well including significantly lower

    management fees and overhead expenses.

  • How long are lease lengths?

Resident & Prospective Tenant Services FAQ

  • If there’s a maintenance emergency in my home or rental, who do I call?

    Call our 24/7 emergency line at 406-995-7120 in the event of a maintenance

    emergency. This includes but is not limited to, flooding, leaks, heating system

    failure, and tenant/owner lockout.

  • Who do I contact regarding vacant properties?

    If there are no vacant properties listed on our website, please reach out to Cassie

    at cassie@gobigrentals.com to be added to our mailing list for future vacancies in

    Big Sky to be informed as soon as we have a property available.

  • Can I pay rent online?

    Yes! To pay rent online, please go to the Residents Portal Here. Not only can you pay rent, but you can submit maintenance requests here and view your account from anywhere, 24/7.
